Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

1. All returns must be received by SwedenShoppe within 30 days of the date the item shipped.
2. Returned items must be in their original sellable condition.
3. If a return is the result of our mistake, you will receive either a replacement item or a full refund/credit (including shipping).
4. If a return is the result of your mistake, you will be charged a 20% restocking charge on the item and you will not be refunded shipping either to you or to us.
5. If an item is damaged during shipping, you must make a claim with the carrier.
6. You must contact SwedenShoppe prior to returning any item in order to receive a Return Authorization.
